Warranty Claim Guidance
How to start a warranty evaluation
Submit your request through the Warranty Portal
Start your claim by logging in to the Epoch Batteries Warranty Portal and completing the request form. Include your serial number, proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.
Wait for review and RMA instructions
If your request is approved for evaluation, Epoch Batteries will provide an RMA number and packing/shipping instructions. Do not ship any product before receiving a valid RMA. Shipments without a valid RMA may be refused.
Package and ship the product safely
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipment to Epoch Batteries for inspection. Batteries must be packaged safely and in compliance with applicable lithium battery shipping regulations, including use of a UN-approved lithium battery shipping box where required. Insurance is strongly recommended.
Inspection and repair evaluation
After the product is received, Epoch Batteries technicians will inspect and test the product. Typical repair turnaround time is 3–10 business days, depending on the nature of the issue.
Claim determination
If the issue is determined to be a qualifying manufacturing defect, the applicable warranty remedy will be provided according to this policy. If the issue is outside warranty coverage, such as over-discharge, improper storage, misuse, or other excluded damage, the customer will be notified and may be responsible for parts, labor, shipping, and handling fees. An itemized invoice will be provided before any non-warranty repair work is completed.
Return shipment
Once an approved battery repair or replacement is complete, Epoch Batteries will provide tracking information for the return shipment. Shipping responsibilities may vary for chargers, accessories, and non-covered repairs, as described in this policy or in the RMA instructions.
