Epoch Batteries Return & Refund Policy

Returned batteries are inspected

All returned batteries will be inspected before any refund is approved. Inspection may include verification of voltage levels and internal BMS, or Battery Management System, data to confirm that the product has not been used.

Products that show signs of use, damage, improper handling, or unsafe return packaging may be denied, delayed, or handled differently depending on the inspection result.

The 25% restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount.

The product must be packaged safely for return shipment. If the original packaging is no longer available, it is the customer’s responsibility to use appropriate packaging materials, including a UN-approved lithium-ion battery shipping box where applicable.

Ship the return

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for batteries returned to Epoch Batteries for any reason. Epoch Batteries strongly recommends using a qualified shipping provider and retaining tracking information.

Inspection after receipt

Once the returned product is received, Epoch Batteries will inspect the item. Battery inspections may include voltage checks and review of internal BMS data to confirm the product has not been used.

Refund decision and processing

After inspection, Epoch Batteries will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 25% restocking fee. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Transit damage: Epoch Batteries is not liable for damage incurred during return transit due to improper packaging. We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging and using a qualified shipping provider for return shipments.
